Well it’s been a busy week for me this week hence the lack of updates. I’ve been managing to stick to my new game plan pretty well although it does make me realise just how much work is needed to make any money online without resorting to cheating. In fact I had a phone call from someone the other day asking me if I could do a site for them and had to turn it down because I’m overloaded with work. All of this and I still need to find the next step in The Challenge.
My Need to Read directory is full to overflowing. Loads of really good SEO tips, link building mechanisms, web design tips, AdSense advice, WordPress goodies, etc. I’ve not read any of the emails sent to me this week from the various SEO newsletters I susbcribe to.
I’ve got around 10 customer website orders at the moment which are in various stages of development. My focus has got to be on finishing those as they’re my bread and butter but it’s massively frustrating because I’m itching to launch a couple of the affiliate sites I’ve been tinkering with behind the scenes.
In addition to that I’ve got an old site which has been gathering dust for a while which I want to relaunch. It’s a hobby site as much as anything else but there is definitely scope to monetize it too so that’s nagging away in the back of my mind too. I’m thinking I might take someone on to cope with the backlog of website orders.
Anyway you didn’t come here to hear me moaning and bitching about how much work I’ve got on did you? You came here to find out what’s happening with The Challenge. Well I’ve got an idea for the next step which I’m going to run by a friend of mine tomorrow. I don’t want to give too much away at this stage but it’s another dead easy, although by no means guaranteed, way of doubling my $8 to $16.
Remember, if you’ve got any ideas for The Challenge I’d love to hear them. The ideal situation is that you guys give me a list of options and we let the dice decide. Drop them over to me via the Contact page or by leaving a comment.
Have a good weekend everyone!
