frequently get error screen stating I am not connected to
the internet. Am very connected. Yesterday a two page
form from microsoft w/ steps to connect to the internet!!
Any ideas of the sourc e of these? Help!

Your best bet is to have a look at the troubleshooting Internet Explorer 7 guide. Other than that I can’t help you, I’m afraid.

someone help me please my internet closes everyone 5- 10 min. and when it closes it has a message that says send error report or cancel ……..how do i fix this?

Pedro - are you using IE7? If so I’d recommend looking at the troubleshooting guide above and consider switching to Firefox.
