FreeOverstock.com is a new website which promises to to give away over stock products absolutely free. This is what they say:

Stores pay us to give away their overstock for free! Yes, you heard right. Hanging onto overstock is expensive. It can cost a mint in warehouse fees, maintenance expenses, clerical wages and inventory taxes. In many cases, it’s cheaper for a company to pay a third party (us) to take overstock off their hands and give it away (to you) for free.

Looking around the site it seems that most of the products are health and beauty based but according to the article on 901am they’ll also be offering toasters, MP3 players and jewlery. The only thing the customer pays is shipping costs (US only) and the best bit about it is that they offer an affiliate program.

So if you’ve got a US based website that is focused on the health and beauty market then this looks like the perfect affiliate partner. Everyone loves free stuff, right?
