Taking my own advice about taking things slowly, I’ve been manually submitting a dozen or so sites to the SEO friendly directory list I mentioned the other day. To make it look like organic growth I’ve been submitting 5-10 links per site per day. I’ve been doing this for the last 2-3 weeks.

Quite frankly I’ve had enough! Oh how I wish I had enough money to pay someone else to do this for me…No matter how much you think it will benefit you in the long run, you can’t help but feel seriously bored with all the endless cut and pasting, reading speculative posting guidelines and seeing the same old directory templates again and again.

I checked on Yahoo! Site Explorer earlier today and the backlinks are starting to trickle though but, quite frankly, I’ve had enough for one night. I’m off to the pub…
